IKEA Hyderabad – MEP Schedule Status: Completed
Completing the MEP schedule for IKEA Hyderabad’s expansive 20-acre villa development marked a significant milestone in our journey. With a meticulous eye for detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, we embarked on the task of addressing the intricate MEP needs encompassing 4 lakh square feet of flow space. Our role as Schedule Consultants for KINETIX solutions, operating as a Sub-PMC, allowed us to demonstrate our expertise and dedication in delivering top-tier MEP solutions.
The project presented a unique opportunity to showcase our proficiency in managing complex MEP requirements within large-scale developments. Through strategic planning and precise execution, we ensured seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet the diverse needs of IKEA’s ambitious venture.
As the project reached its completion, we take pride in our contribution towards IKEA Hyderabad’s vision, setting a benchmark for excellence in MEP solutions within the villa development landscape. The project snapshot reveals significant milestones achieved, showcasing the completion of the precast compound wall adorned with an exquisite exposed concrete finish, adding aesthetic appeal and structural integrity to the site. Additionally, the installation of precast concrete Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) elements is underway, signifying progress towards the project’s architectural and functional objectives. These developments highlight meticulous planning and execution, reflecting a commitment to quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines.
